Using RHETOREX VM Cards?? Here are some tips:

• Gary Burton of Great Lakes Telephone in Ann Arbor, MI. found that these cards tend to miss digits when paired with an ONS module which converts the key station ports to analog. He found that putting a 600 OHM (1.2W) resistor in series with a .47MF (100V) capacitor across the line fixes the problem!
  
• Barry Brown of Gateway Technologies in Carrollton, Tx. says there is a little known line in the config file for the Rfhetorex Card that must be manually edited to read: inputgain=0800. He say some dials are too floud, and this fixes missing digit problems without causing more problems.
