MSE is completely computerized, with screen pops and a custom POS system allowing customers to place their order and get back to work in an average of under four minutes. There is no voice mail system... all calls are handled in a timely manner by real people. MSE's experienced staff are experts in their jobs, which allows MSE to not only take orders and ship as quickly as possible, but to come up with solutions to a customer's problem by combining MSE products - which includes custom manufacturing a unique product as quickly as the same day. All of MSE's products are bar-coded, and every item that's shipped is scanned by a program that verifies that the correct part and quantity is being packed.
